offline-usage

once the content is synced to the library via internet, it is available offline for situations with poor internet access. the content can be pushed or pulled, e.g. in case of bigger file sizes like videos.

administration

access rights guarantee dissemination of content to specified groups. the system can connect to single sign-on (sso) services for advanced user management. user and content management can be centralized or decentralized.

security

the system supports a company in its needs to protect its content. users only see what they need to see and will automatically lose access when changing roles or leaving the company. sso allows for easy user management. the app can be distributed in-house in the company’s own app store with flexible hosting options of the cos backend.

metrics

the logs for online and offline usage are configurable according to the needs and/or legal requirements. independent configuration of audit trails for all necessary events in administration and usage is possible. usage data is being analyzed with big data tools / tableau server.
