The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is skeirs GmbH, Ferdinandstraße 55–57, 20095 Hamburg, Germany, represented by its managing director (see our Legal Notice). E-mail: info@skeirs.com.

3. Hosting of this website

This website is hosted as a Microsoft Azure Static Web App. Microsoft provides the infrastructure on which the files of this website are stored and from which they are delivered to your browser. Our contractual partner for Microsoft Azure is Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, Walter-Gropius-Straße 5, 80807 Munich, Germany.

Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023). In addition, Microsoft offers standard contractual clauses in its Data Protection Addendum, which you can find at https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/docs/view/Microsoft-Products-and-Services-Data-Protection-Addendum-DPA.
